Pilots N Paws

MO to MN

Ed Grayden was able to complete his first Pilots N Paws mission, bringing several dogs north to find new homes in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.

Sam Taylor completed the first leg of the transfer and landed in Boone, IA. Sam brought the dogs to Iowa from the Kansas City area (Warrensville Animal Shelter). The pilots met on the ramp, walked the dogs, and loaded them up in Ed’s plane for the final leg.

Ed pointed his plane north and returned to Flying Cloud Airport in Minneapolis, where the foster parents were waiting. Another gratifying and enjoyable flight completed for a PnP pilot. Seems it was lucky for Ed that the yellow lab was already adopted. It might be time for a standard warning – Beware, you may adopt your passengers!
