Minnie and Diamond Put Down Roots in NC

I am the founder of Furever Home Rescue in Moyock, NC. Recently, we pulled two Italian Greyhound mix pups from the York County Animal Control before they were due to be PTS. Keith graciously offered to fly the girls from Rock Hill, SC to Currituck, NC to our rescue.

Shelter volunteers met Keith at the airport in Rock Hill, and Minnie and Diamond were on their way. They are now safe in foster in Virginia Beach, VA and are happily playing with their foster dog brother Max while waiting for their Furever Home.

Thank you for everything you do to help transport rescued animals to safety!

  1. Foster Grandma says:

The IG sisters are doing very well, gaining a bit of weight and so happy to play with 88 lb Maxx, also a rescue dog that I adopted 3 yrs ago.

They eat well, take daily nap, go to bed at 9 – 9:30 pm in their wire crate. They love to be outdoors or where ever Maxx is or people are. They can outrun Maxx, have lots of energy and love to be loved. Wonderful personalities, and renamed Sasha (brown dog) and Tatianna, Anna for short, (black dog. They are happy, well socialized and will each make a wonderful companion to anyone who will love and care for her.

It is a very rewarding feeling to foster pets til they have a forever home. Save a life, help Kelly and her crew continue to do her wonderful work.
