Two Pointers and an English Setter Flown To Safety!

Dr. Crouch with his passengers all loaded up!

Another successful Pilots N Paws rescue flight. Dr. Crouch recently
flew three dogs to safety. With the coordinating efforts of Caroline
Marino and Jan Gaynor, these lucky dogs were flown from Lawrenceville,
GA to Asheville, NC by another PNP pilot, Gary Veduccoio. Two dogs
(pointers) were delivered to Patricia Nichols of Dog’s Hope English
Pointer Rescue in Durham, NC. The third dog (English Setter) was flown
to Danville, VA. With help from Forrest Gray, he will soon join the
Ohio English Setter Rescue group. We are thrilled that these sweet
creatures have escaped euthanasia. Thanks to all involved!

Buster enjoying the ride to the airport!

Buster is a 1-2-yr old male English Setter. He’s a happy little guy.

Meet Freckles, he is a young (8-10 mo old) male English Pointer. What a cutie!

Lizzie is a 1-yr old female English Pointer mix. Taking a nap in flight-) She was a very good passenger but not a very attentive copilot.

Lizzie and Freckles meet their new friends from Dog’s Hope English Pointer Rescue in Durham, NC

All loaded up and ready to go!

Staying above the bumpy clouds. Dogs don’t like bumpy clouds ;)

The last passenger delivered safely. Buster deplaning in Danville, VA. He was very happy to meet his foster dad, Forrest Gray!
