Eight dogs from Beauford, SC got a new start to life. They were airlifted by Mike Young and crew to the Washington Animal Rescue League (WARL) in DC.

With two helpers, Linda and Barbara, the Columbia 400 was at max gross weight with all the dogs, even with only half fuel. The plane may have been packed to the gills, but the flight still went smoothly on a severe clear day.

All the dogs were given lots of love, no stress. A direct flight and a slight tailwind gave them a record flight time of only 1:55.
