CoCo and Bandit

Mahesh Sankaran has found much more activity in Buffalo than there was in Columbus because there is an Underground Railroad of sorts that brings dogs up from the southern states to rescues located in and around Toronto, Canada. The dogs often come up via ground transport from NC or GA to NJ or PA. Mahesh picks them up there and fly them to Buffalo, where the Canadian rescues pick them up and take them the rest of the way.

CoCo and Bandit went up to Long Island by ground transport from Vance County in North Carolina. Mahesh and his younger son, Roshun, flew to Republic airport in Farmingdale, Long Island and met Dave to pick up the dogs and bring them to Niagara Falls airport. Things got a little exciting as they were getting close to home, when Bandit managed to open the soft crate he was in and came to visit the pair in the cockpit.
