Pittie Betty Headed to MI
Lady Pit Betty was found in a San Antonio, TX animal shelter by Nicholas and Janet Kenney in Flint, MI. It takes a great human to adopt an animal they have never met with very serious health issues, including the possibility of cancer. Betty is the sweetest dog who has led a very rough life of abuse, neglect and illness but yet she still manages to put on a big smile.
So far, Betty has been on quite an adventure:
2 weeks fostered by Michelle Stettler-Gill of San Antonio, TX to get her out of the kill shelter
San Antonio, TX to Lancaster, TX (Dallas) flown by Theresa Krafcheck
Lancaster,TX to Hot Springs, AR flown by Don Lawton
Hot Springs, Ar to Jackson, TN flown by Jim Carney
Carrie Bowman, Jackson, TN, will foster Betty for a week and then will drive Betty to Indiana and another pilot will fly Betty to Flint, MI. Carrie gets another Gold Star by her name for coordinating this PNP rescue!
Betty will now live the rest of her life loved and happy!!
