Pilot Rich Marz participated in his very first Pilots N Paws flight on Saturday, Jan 18th. His lucky passenger was Hazel, a gorgeous little chocolate lab from North Carolina that had spent her entire life living in an outdoor kennel with a concrete floor.  Sadly, she was unfamiliar with the feel of grass or anything other than concrete underneath her feet. However, things started looking up for Miss Hazel. The Labrador Retriever Rescue of Florida was able to take her into their reputable rescue. They had a space, which was incredible! Now the issue was to get her there and fast!

That’s when Rich stepped in to save the day. Miss Hazel was the perfect little passenger according to Rich and we are ever so grateful to him for helping Hazel. Now Hazel has the chance at finding a wonderful and loving forever family. Thank you Rich!
