Not sure of where I should post this but we are needing help desperately. There are over 100 dogs that are starving to death, being eaten alive and being hit and killed in the Everglades. This is a horrible situatation. A lot of rescues have stood up but the group has no funds to get the dogs delivered to the rescues. All of their money is being used to vet the dogs. Can anyone help?? Please go to their facebook page and you can read what is going on

Any questions please call me 228-254-6305

You may want to reach out to Wings of Rescue in California - they are west coast based but may be able to provide some tips or help - they routinely fly large amounts of kill shelter animals out of CA to the northwest.

Hi, you may want to email a PNP admin as they could possibly treat this situation like the mass sea turtle rescue. They would then keep the post always to the top of the rescue transport help page. There are also other benefits if they are involved. Additionally, there is a pilot who flys a cargo plane out of FL. Please let me know if you have not connected with her and I will locate her info.

Note that this is a thread from 2011. Is there any indication that this is an ongoing need?
