Need help getting pup from Atlanta to WPB

Trying to get a rescue from Schnauzer love Rescue from Atlanta to WPB ,FL - would appreciate any help I can get. He is 6 months old approx 6-8lbs in weight - Kat Bradeis kbradeis@loubachrodt.com Many thanks!
