Transport Maxi Million

Maxi Million is a 15 pound Japanese Chin whose Mom is in hospice and can no longer care for him. She would love to have her brother in Walnut Creek California have Maxi to give him a good home. Can you help us with this? We tried to have Maxi fly under a commercial plane however we were told this breed does not do well with this method. And according to one airline he is too big for under the seat.....HELP!

Maxi is currently in Lake Worth Florida, 33463. He is very friendly, socialable, can be transported via ground without issue.
