Turbo Air took good care of us. We delivered a dog and picked one up there, same trip. No ramp fee, easy access to the parking lot from the ramp, looked like no vehicles, though. We didn't ask. We posted PNP flyers. Dogs OK in the lobby. Nice facility! Boise Approach asked our destination on the field and assigned the landing runway accordingly, so it was easy in and easy out. It's also easy to find from I-84, for the ground transporters.
