having trouble contacting pilots with links

having trouble contacting pilots with links

Hi.,,new here, but bob walked me thru the page , many thinks! When i click on the pilots on the left screen to email them, a white box still comes up but no contact information...any ideas? I went back in several times to try again...need to contact some pilots!! thanks for any help! :D
