Additional Info/situation: This male beagle "beagle boy" was dumped and had an extremely painful dislocated elbow. The surgery has been done to fix his elbow and he was neutered and received all vaccines. He has been at the vet's office for over a week and has to leave but there is no foster or place for him to go to finish his recovery. The person helping him decided to go ahead with the surgery because of the amount of pain he was suffering. The hope was to find a foster or rescue for him to go to. Transport is available up to 2 hours from the Winston -Salem area. Can you please help this beagle? He is extremely sweet. It is critical that he finds rescue care as he can not continue to stay at the vet's office. Arrival in HARRISBURG, MECHNICSBURG, ALTOONA OR OTHER CENTRAL PA AIRPORTS CAN BE ACCOMODATED.
