I could take the pups from Kansas City to Cram Field Airport, Burwell, Nebraska (or thereabouts). That's 265nm along the route. Are the pups being transported from Monroe City to Kansas City? My airport is Midwest National Air Center (GPH) which is near Excelsior Springs, MO.

I can do a VFR leg roughly centered over Idaho Falls, ID (KIDA). Ground or air. Potential airports east are Rock Springs, Fort Bridger, or Kemmerer, WY. Northern airports could be Butte, Bozeman, or Bowman, MT. Could also go to Boise, if the route went that way.

I am based at Lincoln MT (S69) and could do a final leg into Spokane Felts Field (SFF) from somewhere that would involve no more than about a 500 nm round trip from Lincoln. Looking at the direct route from Kansas City to Spokane, Helena MT would be the best for me (457 nm round trip) to make the transfer from the previous leg. Or someone else could do the final leg and I could do the preceding leg into Helena from Billings or from Billings to Missoula if necessary or something else along those lines.

I have the rear seat out of my C182 and can get two large crates 36L X 26W X 26H in the back that I believe would accomdate these nine puppies.

I am a VFR daylight only flying pilot, so finding the right day and scheduling between now and 1/19/13 may be difficult, but I am willing to help if possible.

I am based in Spokane SFF just recently signed up to fly for PNP. I will unfortunately be out of town until 1/29 - but would try and help if stll needed after that date. I am day VFR as well, will need a good window of weather for the Missoula to Spokane leg if still needed. I will follow progress of this post until I return home.

Hi John - Welcome to PNP. Nice to see a fellow RAF member here in PNP. If this transport goes after 1/29, I'll probably be doing the handoff to you.

Hi Jerry, we spoke one day - I lived in Bozeman for a couple of years and became friends with John McKenna. You have/had a HusKy as well? I am an old Husly guy as well. Look forward to helping this great org - I am sure we will hook up on a flight be it this one or a future transport.

Hi Sam,

I just emailed all of you with photos of the pups and the average area of flight is 265 nm. I'm not sure which route is the best to take. Straight through or over to Rock Springs WY.

Jerry: flies at of Helena MT KHLN to Billings MT KBIL or Missoula MT
Brandie: flies at of Billings MT KBIL to Pierre SD or south in WY
Busybody is Nathan: flies at of Idaho Falls ID to Kemmerer WY or Rock Springs WY
John: flies at of Spokane WA to Missoula MT or Helena MT KHLN
Denis: flies at of Sioux Falls SD, but it changing out his plane and being tested in his twin engine on 1/26-1/28. He may be able to jump in and help.

I have been sending out emails to pilots along the paths to Cheyenne WY and to Denver CO.

Being a newbie myself, I'm testing the waters.

God Bless.

Tina
