Vaccinations:UTD
Health Certificate:No
Spay/Neutered:Yes
Special needs:Amputee, Dalmatian is missing back leg, needs assistance getting into vehicle and plane
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties Brad
Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties:Pati Dalmatian Rescue

I may be able to make that flight on a return trip from Florida to Oxford, MS on April 8. Would that day be too late for you?
