I believe you may have an error in the ZIP Code fields.

thank you to PNP for having a group of great people to help us rescue dogs and thank you to Mahesh for getting us our 3 ohio dogs safely to Niagara falls so we could pick them up there.

Susan, I believe the sending Zip is 14624, and the receiving Zip is 14304.
Thanks, Mahesh, for helping us out with this.

IMPORTANT, please do not make up zip codes like this and use them. The way our software works is that you must have an accurate US zip code in order for the proper pilots along your specific route to receive an auto-notification that someone is asking for their assistance. By using an improper zip code, you have now notified hundreds of pilots who are not able to assist you.

Please everyone, read the guidelines and also the FAQ sections specifically for the ones on the upper right of each page of the forum board. Right before the words FAQ there is an airplane icon with Pilots next to it and after that, a rescue life ring with the word Rescue after it. Take a few minutes to read both please and educate yourself about how Pilots N Paws works.

We do not have the capabilities of adding any Canadian postal codes to our software. We are a U.S. based organization and if a pilot wants to fly a leg to help you move the animals you are saving then you need to plot a straight line from sending to receiving locations, choose a U.S. zip code that is closest to that line, and use it. Explain in your subject line and the body of the message exactly what your request entails. There is also PNP Canada as an option for you now, http://www.pilotsnpawscanada.com They are a completely separate organization but function as we do but within their own borders.

Hope this clears up any confusion and please go back and edit your post with an appropriate zip code and not a TV show.

Thank you,
Admin.

Pleased to know that our volunteer pilots have assisted you. That being said, it is still not permissable, even as a "formality" for you to use a zip code that is not along the flight path needed. Remember, the zip codes you use automatically send out a message to all pilots along the route you need. I am sure you did not mean for pilots from CA to Buffalo to receive your request. Now you know that correct procedure for future use which is important.

Thank you,
