Vaccinations: Yes; Getting rabies vaccination today
Health certificate: Working on it, we just got him pulled from the shelter :D
Spayed/neutered: Neutered
Special needs: No

My flying time will be a bit limited the next few weeks, but if we get lucky with the timing, I may be able to bring him from somewhere in eastern Idaho to somewhere in western Montana.

The Montana scenery is more fun, but am willing to have my portion be from Salt Lake (or Wendover or Jackpot or somewhere) to Idaho Falls if we already have two Montana legs.

Heard you had been grounded for awhile, Jerry, good to see that you are feeling better and flying again.
