Additional info/situation: this baby was adopted out two years ago by Midwest animal Resq here in Kansas City. After she got away from her owners twice recently, she now has been dumped at the pound. She only has two legs, however, this does NOT slow her down. She walks upright! We need to get her back to her rescue ASAP and back to a loving foster home. Can anyone help???
