Lucy, a once beloved pet, found herself in a shelter in TN 3x the capacity. She was frightened, bewildered and stressed, at minimum. Doberman Assistance Network's own Patricia Buchner pulled Lucy from the sheriff operated dog pound facility and bathed her, took her to the vet, and cared for her during the remainder of the week. On Saturday Patricia drove Lucy to Bowling Green where she handed this nice pooch over to PNP's own Pilot Chris Blair of Paintsville, KY. Pilot Blair flew Lucy to Zanesville, OH where we met. Lucy is high and dry, resting comfy in a quiet environment, such as she was accustomed to, before the flood. Thanks to everyone for coming together and helping this gal out.

While Lucy is safe, there are many other animals in the flood zone that need assistance in TN, KY and GA especially.
