COMPLETED - Springfield, IL to Brookfield, WI Mar 28 or 29

There are two dogs that were saved from being put down today in Virginia, Ill and a shelter in Brookfield, WI is willing to take them but we have to get them there. Can any of you help? They are a doxi mix 15-20lb, and a heeler mix 15-20lbs. Saturday would be best but we are flexible if necessary.

Hi Anna,

I am interested in helping. Do they have to go this weekend? I pulled the weather for this weekend and it is calling for a 60% chance of thunderstroms in the Springfield area and 60% chance of snow where I am from so this weekend does not look good for flying. Hopefully that will change, but if it doesn't, can they be transported another time?

They should go this weekend but I may be able to arrange a temporary foster if I need to. Thanks for being willing to help! Say, are you near Quincy, Illinos? An acquaintance of mine there is trying to get some dogs to rescue but is really short on transport help.
