I am doing a Pnp flight from St. Louis -> Chicago (airport tbd) next Saturday, April 7th. I could fit him in if you can get him to St. Louis and then picked up or fostered in Chicago area. My base is Spirit of St. Louis (KSUS) and we will be departing 7-8 am.

I think Elmwood is on the other side of the state by Minneapolis, Chicago might be out of the way. Mike, any chance you could make a quick stop at C75 on the way to Chicago? I could then head as far as LA Crosse or Tomah. That is a heck of alot closer to Elmwood.

AS you know, I am coordinating this with an already in -process transport, but I am sure we can work something out. Let's see how it pans out and make some decisions later in the week. Need to get him to STL first!

I was looking at the routing and I was thinking we meet at Morris Municipal (C09) because the other transport for 4/7 I was already working with to combine with this one is coming South from Chicago area (82IS) then on to Toledo and this would make this a good meeting place for all three of us to do the hand-offs. Not sure if it’s going to pan out, but either way this might make sense for us. I will be filing, but long-range weather looks “OK” for VFR Saturday morning right now. Let me know your thoughts. If you want to convert to direct email, it is usually easier when we start getting close.

I am VFR only so it will depend on WX for sure. I can do Morris, but I still need to verify with the boss (wife) if we have plans this Saturday. Being Easter weekend, chances are we will, and I would have to do either one day next week, or next weekend.

Hello All,

I can pick up the TXK to SUS leg for this little guy. I am based at SUS (like Mike), but could probably handle the first part on Friday 4/6, and have Thor at SUS 4/7 morning
for Mike's trip to Chicago. We will go IFR and wx looks okay so far (really far off for 5 days) assuming there are no super nasty storms. Let me know if this works for everybody.
