Great should I assume local times? (i.e. pick up in Sidney 11:00 am ET and drop off in Monee at 3 pm (CT)? Just don't want to mess anything up. Also, are you based near Sidney or near Monee, just a little curious!

My partner can't fly Saturday, so we left with Sunday weather permitting.
I am based at 82IS, 50 miles N from Monee.Pick up 12am et delivery 3pm ct.
We have to fly to Ohio to pick that little guy.If you have local pilot to do the it is ok with me.

Thanks Bogdan! We can run with Sunday if that works for you. I have worked with other pilots between IL and OH, and I am a bit confused (can you help me figure this out?). I know fly times vary based on equipment and weather, but a normal Monee to Toledo or Columbus run is about 2 hour and 15 minutes (based on experience with other pilots we have had the pleasure to deal with through this program). Will it take 4 hours to get from Sidney to Monee since Sidney is around the same distance? Based on my experience, a 12:00 PM (ET) Ohio pick up would land in IL around 2:45 pm (ET) / 1:45 pm (CT) that is assuming 30 minutes of time in Ohio to load, get fuel and do the necessary preflight checks. If I am completely wrong on this just let me know and we will have volunteers deployed at the time you designated.

Flying time between 82IS (my airport) and Sidney is 2.5 hr.
Sidney to Monee 2.10 hr.
I give you estimated time, wheels are not up yet. I will know exact time Sunday morning, will know wx and wind velocity , we need good weather both airport don't have a precision approach.
