I may be able to make this trip sometime this week. I need to look at weather, but if it's pretty decent, I think I could do something mid to late week. Timmerman is pretty easy, but I'd rather find a smaller field in Nashville. What's close to you Lauren?

We would really appreciate your help in getting these two very special girls to Nancy at Wisconsin Cocker Rescue safely. Little Holly has Cherry Eyes and will have surgery to correct that once she gets to Wisconsin Cocker Rescue. Nancy wanted her veterinary ophthalmologist to do the surgery. Also, there is someone very interested in adopting Bella and waiting to meet her.

Lauren/Nancy: If you need a backup plan, I will be DRIVING from St. Louis to Madison, WI on May 24 and would love to take these babies if someone can connect on each of the ends (Nashville to St Louis (JWN-CPS)and Madison to Milwaukee (MSN-MKE/MWC)).

Absolutely, keep in touch and keep me in the loop and keep the posts updated. I hope the babies can get there sooner, but it's nice to have a plan B (and sometimes plan Z!) just in case!

Thank you Diane . . . yes, plan A thru Z is good, especially this time of year regarding the weather! We have a pilot who has been wonderful and is trying to help us get Holly and Bella to Wisconsin Cocker Rescue safely. Both the girls have families interested in adopting them and waiting to meet them. Nancy Johnson is a true Miracle Worker! I will stay in touch and keep you posted of our progress.

If you end up needing me to drive, the adopting families might be willing to come get them in Madison?? I could probably convince my dad to let me keep them overnight in Madison. That would leave Nashville to St. Louis probably on the 23rd. Fingers crossed all around!
