Heart worm Status: Negative
Vaccinations: UTD
Health Certificate: Yes
Spay/Neutered: Neutered
Special needs: None
Name of Sending & Receiving Rescue/Parties: Sending party, Stacy Marcell - Receiving party, Judy Mansfield

Are you a 501c3: Yes
Additional Info/situation: Owner surrender. Dog is currently without access to indoors and heat is a serious issue.

And I can help from Riverside, CA to Bakersfield, CA. Now we need a Tucson to Riverside leg with a possible foster along the way.
