Number of animals being transported: 1
Breeds, weight, age: Pitbull mix, 12 lbs, 9 weeks
Health Condition: recovering from a resperiatory infection with our vet, she now feels the pup is healthy enough to travel
Heart worm Status: N/A
Vaccinations: Our vet prefers to not give vaccinations while a dog is on other medications
Health Certificate:
Spay/Neutered: He is not yet neutered. Recovering from a URI and our vet did not want to chance surgery. We have low cost options available to us in Buffalo, NY
Special needs: N/A
Name of Sending & Receiving Rescue/Parties: Rescue-A-Bull, Inc. (http://www.rescue-a-bull.org)
