Breeds, weight, age: Beagles, under 5 pounds, 8 – 9 weeks old
Health Condition: good
Heart worm Status: negative
Vaccinations: NA - puppies
Health Certificate: will be provided
Spay/Neutered: NA - puppies
Special needs: None
Name of Sending & Receiving Rescue/Parties: Midwest BREW

Additional Info/situation: We are looking to move 2 male puppies from the Dublin, OH area to the Chicago, IL area this Saturday (28th) or Sunday (29th). We are flexible on the times and date as well as locations. Thank you for your consideration.
