Heart worm Status:N/A
Vaccinations: Up to date Rabies and FVRCP
Health Certificate: Yes
Spay/Neutered: Yes
Special needs: Lexi is a previous amputee.

Additional Info/situation: Owner is losing home and the two cats were previously adopted from our rescue. It is urgent that we get them back here. If they end up in a shelter in MN, they will more then like be euthanized because they are considered special needs.
