Here's another urgent dog just out of the shelter system of San Bernardino County. This is another from the abandoned Helendale CA ranch - so many frightened dogs that were left on their own with no food or water. We still have 6 of them in the hospital in San Bernardino City but this guy is in decent shape and can get moved right away. He is timid but can be handled and should fly without trouble. We will have a person on the ground at both ends of this to assist and also a harness, leash and collar. "Ben" narrowly made it as so many herding breed rescues are full but we found a place for him with Central Coast... We need to get him there ASAP. We could also transport him down to Redlands Airfield if that will work better for anyone. We just have to get him moved - there are three more coming out behind him and there will be no place for them to go until we can get him moved.
