Blind Aussie Puppy! Nov 17 or 18? To his foster home!

November 17th or 18th would be ideal for this if possible. Please contact me if you are able to fly this fuzzy puppy!
Pickup airport can be Austin, Owatonna, Kasson, Rochester or anywhere in that area that is convenient for you.

Breeds, weight, age: Australian Shepherd, 15lbs, 3 months old
Health Condition: Good
Heart worm Status: To young to be tested
Vaccinations: Up to date
Health Certificate:
Spay/Neutered: YES
Special needs: He's blind, but he's can hear.

Additional Info/situation: This little double merle Aussie baby was rescued from his previous owner where he was spending the cold MN nights sleeping in a garage! He's mostly blind, but it's possible that he can see shapes in certain light. We've got him safe in a temporary foster home, but we need to get him to his long term, double merle experienced foster home where he will begin special training and prepare to find his forever home! Can you help?
