Heart worm Status: Neg
Vaccinations: UTD
Health Certificate: n/a (not leaving state)
Spay/Neutered: Cooter is neutered, Dazi is not
Special needs: No

Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties: Old Dominion Boston Terrier Rescue, Chris Coulter, 757-639-2930
