Breeds, weight, age: American Eskimo, approx 18 lbs, 7 months.
Health Condition: good
Heart worm Status: neg
Vaccinations: utd
Health Certificate: probably not since he is being totally vetted within a day or two of flying
Spay/Neutered: yes
Special needs: blind in one eye

Additional Info/situation: Little fella was owner surrender from a "not so good home" and never been to a vet. We totally got him vetted and neutered and now needs to get to his foster home. Would LOVE for him to get there this Friday, Saturday or Sunday so foster mom can get him acclimated before workday.
