Please charge cell phones the night before transport and carry them with you. Please be sure that they are on.
Please print this transport sheet.

Please don’t cross-post it.
Please do contact the driver(s) before and after your leg and determine meeting spots and let me know what you decide.

Please provide to me any items that are missing from the driver info sheet, ex. Vehicle descriptions and emergency contact info.

Transfer the dogs’ paperwork and any other items prior to transferring the dogs.
Walk and water one dog at a time unless you have help.
Only stop at the designated meeting spots for your safety and that of the dogs.

Contact Tina, Mother Hen, at 406-873-4624 or text at 406-229-4624, when you transfer the dogs to the next Pilot/driver and when you return safely home.

SATURDAY JANUARY 19 2013 MONROE CITY MO to SPOKANE WA 9 Lab pup 8 wks


Nine precious pups are going from Monroe City K-9 Search & Rescue to Shepherds for Lost Sheep, Inc. to be trained for service dogs for veterans at no cost to the veteran. The pups are 8 weeks old have been vaccinated and have Health Certificates. Because this is a free service for our wonderful vets, we are trying to keep all of the down. The pups have been donated to Shepherds for Lost Sheep. Can you help by giving these pups a ride from Kansas City to Spokane WA. They are going to be wonderful companions for the veterans that receive them. If you are able to help with the flight. We would really appreciate it.

Pups need to stay on a paper or pads on when transferred. Parvo is native in the soil in many states. Pups pick up the disease on their paws, then lick their paws and ingest it into their bodies.

All pups have had vaccinations and dewormed (parvo/distemper; bordatella given at least 10 days before transport) UTD: Yes, They are too you for Rabies vaccinations. They have original Health Certificate. They are in good health and love people and animals. They are not house trained. They are crate trained. They do NOT have special needs. They are coming out rescue and going to rescue.
