Heart worm Status:negative
Vaccinations:up to date
Health Certificate:yes
Spay/Neutered:yes
Special needs:none known

Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties:Wag N Train Terrier Rescue-Janeal Dominico

I am based out of Manhattan, KS. I can transport from Dodge City to Manhattan, if you can pickup in manhattan. I'm available after 17MAR.
