Blind Puppy needs lift from Gallatin TN to Charleston SC

Number of animals being transported: One male puppy named Maxx
Breeds, weight, age: Shepherd/terrier mix, estimated 30 lbs and 10 weeks.
Health Condition: Good
Heart worm Status: N/A
Vaccinations: Current and 2nd round of puppy shots.
Health Certificate: Will have for travel.
Spay/Neutered: Neutered
Special needs: Maxx was born 100% blind; He gets along fine, but it will probably be most comfortable for him if he's crated for the trip.
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties: Tennesee Death Row Dogs, Spring Hill TN
Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties: Approved adopter.

Additional Info/situation: Maxx is completely blind. Tennessee Death Row Dogs has found a wonderful forever home for him in Danbury CT. The group is hoping that Maxx can get flight transport or maybe join a planned flight as they feel Maxx will do best in not having the stress of a long ground transport journey. Please let us know if you can help!
4/17/2013 Update- We're trying to get Maxx from TN to Charleston SC on the weekend of 4/20 or 4/21. From there, he can catch a flight to CT!
