I can likely do this transport on May 4 from Madison Airport in IN (KIMS) to Lorain County Regional Airport (just west of Cleveland - KLPR). I'm looking at transporting another dog from western IN to the Cleveland area possibly could link both these up (this transport is less sure b/c the leg from Cleveland to Western NY isn't worked out yet.

Great Laurie. If we could get both of these linked up I'd be happy take both dogs to Cleveland on May 4.

P.S. do either of these dogs have a crate?

Trooper is coming out of a shelter. He was found shot and left for dead. That is why the leg was amputated. I'm certain he will have a collar and leash. I would say it's unlikely there will be a crate.

I agave a soft crate that should work for Trooper if he's about 30lbs. I'm supposed to get a harness from Pets -n-Paws that can handle a larger dog like Dozer but it jasn't arrived yet.

That would be great. The shelter said he is about 30 pounds. Thank you so much. I am very grateful to you and Mahesh! I work with Duffy's Rescue and it so happens I am adopting him. I've seriously considered the drive, but I recently donated a kidney and have been traveling to Albany since I just went back to work. It's only a 3 hour drive and it's brutal on me. I think to and from Indiana would put me over the edge!

That's awesome! He looks like such a loving dog. I'm so happy to help. Don't even think about that drive especially after a kidney donation!

Hi Amy,
When would you like to meet at KLPR on Saturday morning? I would like to do it relatively early. Are you also trying to transport another dog to WNY or did I misunderstand your post? If you are, I would be happy to fly the other dog as well.
Mahesh
