Breeds, weight, age: border collie-beagle mix mom (26ibs) + 5 newborn babies.
Health Condition: good.
Heart worm Status: negative
Vaccinations: UTD mom completely, babies far too young
Health Certificate: If needed.
Spay/Neutered: no - nursing mother
Special needs: temperature concern with small pupppies
