Breeds, weight, age: 12 puppies are 6 weeks old, about 5 lbs ea (some German Shep mixes, some lab mixes) and 1 puppy, Calvin, is 4-5 months old, about 25 lbs (cur mix)
Health Condition: Healthy
Heart worm Status: Negative
Vaccinations: All standard vaccines
Health Certificate: Yes for all
Spay/Neutered: No, will be done upon arrival
Special needs: None
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties: Calvin is being sent from Hodge's Legacy and one of our Kentucky contacts is saving the 12 puppies from a private individual before they are sent to the shelter/pound. Both groups are having the dogs vetted before transport.

Additional Info/situation: We are trying to transport 13 puppies. We have an open leg for a flight from the Louisville or Lexington area to Indianapolis that we're trying to fill. We also now need to fill the leg from Chicago to Appleton, WI. There is a pilot able to take them from Indy to Chicago. Or, if someone can do the entire trip from KY to Appleton, WI, I wouldn't argue If you can help, please let me know! Thanks so much.

Not to completely upset your plan; but I'm flying Dayton to Sheboygan tomorrow evening.. if you could get them to Dayton I could get them within an hour of Appleton tmrw night.

I did see your post on that Mike! Right now the only time they can be transported to an airport is Saturday unfortunately. I will keep this in mind though, thank you!

I could take them to Indy on Friday but not Saturday. If anything changes, let me know!

I just added a leg from Chicago to Appleton, WI because we no longer have that covered. Please read description above.

Scott, we are making the call on Friday night if we think the weather will be an issue Saturday from Indy. If so, we are driving to Indy to get the dogs. Can I put you down tentatively and touch base tomorrow? The lady transporting from Indy to Chicago should be in Chicago around 4:30, central standard time. Will that work if weather is ok? If weather became a problem when arriving, I could drive down to Chicago, just using that as a last option! Thanks so much!

Scott - I think I have someone to cover Indy straight to Appleton so at this point I shouldn't need Chicago to Appleton now. Thank you for the offer though!
