Special needs:has slight limp depending on weather from previously healed broken pelvis

Additional Info/situation: Bear is a loveable dog that we adopted out several months ago in MD. We received a call all the way from Berkeley,CA saying that they had a stray dog turn up in their animal shelter and traced his microchip back to our organization. Attempts at contacting his adopter have failed, and Bear's time is up-- in 7 days they will euth him!!! He's at a kill shelter! We are on a mission to get him safe back in MD. We saved him from a kill shelter when we took him in, and he had a broken pelvis. We would love to get him back and adopt him out again into a loving safe home. (note, Bear doesn't like cats) Thank you!!!
