Breeds, weight, age: shiba inu, 25 lbs, 6 yo B&T, crated
Health Condition: good, mill release so scared
Heart worm Status: neg
Vaccinations: UTD
Health Certificate: yes
Spay/Neutered: yes
Special needs: mill dog so scared but social

Additional Info/situation: dog could have a ride to Springfield, Il if that makes this any easier for the pilot. Kiva, dog, is being pulled Sat night from a shelter so has not been in quarantine for 14 days but will remain crated at all times during transport.

I may be able to do Sunday...can you do one of the surrounding st Louis airports (st Charles or st Louis regional) ? I assume you want to head into Chicago executive, closest to highland park? I could also go to Springfield if that's easier...

This would be my first rescue flight so pretty excited...

Now, about THIS transport......
I don't have access to an airplane, but I AM planning on DRIVING on Thursday to Madison, Wisconsin. If things don't work out this weekend, this baby can ride with me to Rockford.
