Additional Info/situation: Ground transport departing on Friday 9-13 is set up, but there are 2 gaps in Missouri, which will prevent the ground transport from leaving. Dog would need to arrive in St. Charles between 12:30 and 1:00 pm in order to continue with ground drivers already in place.
