Vaccinations: 04/13/2013 Rabies, DA2HPPv, Bordetella

Additional Info/situation: Lulu was rescued from a small shelter in the swamps of southern Louisiana. She was treated for heartworms and has completed her recovery time. She's in great health and needs a ride to her forever home in northern MS. I have mapped this transport using KASD in Slidell, LA as the departure point and KPMU in Batesville, MS as the destination. Any alternate airports in the same general areas will work. Timing is flexible, but Lulu's new family would like to get her ASAP.
