Additional Info/situation: TRANSPORT WILL FAIL AGAIN if Miss Tessa can not get from Reagan, TN to Knoxville to continue transport. Senior lady rescued Tessa from an abusive life, fully vetted Tessa by herself and now can not afford to continue medical treatment so she is going to an awesome cocker spaniel rescue in Virgina where Tessa will get everything that she needs.

Hi Julie - Everything is set for me to fly Tessa tomorrow from Beech River Regional (PVE) to Knoxville Downtown Island (DKX). I'll let you know how it went.
