Health condition: Good
Heartworm status: Pending bloodwork
Vaccinations: UTD
Health certificate: If needed
Spayed/neutered: Yes
Special needs: Very frightened and shut down. Crating strongly recommended

Additional info/situation: Dog has been seriously beaten by its previous owner. It has gone into shut down mode. Avery is NOT aggressive, just locked in fear. She is rescue only. Vets recommend crating and giving light sedative to travel. Each day at shelter she further goes into herself.

I'm going from Smithfield nc to north of Tampa on Saturday. Can ground transport be provided to jnx airport and from crystal river, fl?

I'll be at Crystal River (CGC) around 12:30 or so. I'm still trying to find out if I can get the pickup arrange on my end (It's an hour drive from Raeford to Smithfield NC)

Patrick - I may have a ride but I have to know what time you will be taking off out of Smithfield. Please call me asap! 941-296-5177. The pup is NOT at the vets office - she is at the shelter and their hours are limited.
