As I do not always receive notifications of postings here.. please email me at [email protected] and refer to MOLLY TRANSPORT in the subject line. **I have quite a few transports, so this is VERY helpful for my old gray matter!!
Molly is a petite older lady that has waited a long time for her new family to find her. Rescue has finally found the perfect home for her, but the problem is that home is almost 800mi away (here's where we come in)
The rescue has asked if we could help get Molly home as they are concerned that a ground transport may be a bit too much for a lady of age.
POTENTIAL ROUTE (flexible of course)
ISM~SAV (Kissimmee, FL~Savannah, GA) <231NM>
SAV~RDU* (Savannah, GA~Raleigh Durham) <255NM>(*TAC Air)
RDU~MTN (Raleigh Durham~Baltimore, MD) <236NM>
As this is a collective effort of multiple pilots, even if a leg has been 'spoken' for I would still need to connect the dots as such;
If you can assist, can you please reply with:
The days you are available to fly
Your home airfield identifier
The leg you can help with or the alternative route that you can assist with?
And given the weather of late: WHAT YOUR REQUIRED MINIMUM IS
Passenger Information:
Molly
57#
Weimaraner S/F
8.5 years
Traveling with: Health Certificate and vet records, rabies tag, certificate, collar, food for contingency HARNESS AND LEASH
Thank you all so very much for your consideration and thank you for choosing rescue

I'm headed to FL on Sunday (3/30) and back to the RDU area, can anyone meet at either GSO, RDU, or JNX?
