I have sent messages to three pilots up north... waiting response. I will keep looking and may repost for the first leg. Thanks everyone.

I'm based out of Hartford, CT (KHFD), and I can bring Zoe from KEFK to KHFD, either Saturday before 12:30pm pickup or on Sunday. I'll need to reserve the plane once the trip firms up. Dan@Lakeview is a good guy too! Can someone do a middle leg? VFR through NYC B airspace is straightforward, and you can give Zoe the Hudson River skyline route :)

I hope this helps.

So I need someone from KHFD - Public Use - Hartford-Brainard - Hartford, CT to ????

First Leg: Newport State Airport to KHFD -- can we make this for mid morning to late morning to give Heather time to drive down... she will make anything work... don't get me wrong...
Second Leg: KHFD (Hartford, CT to ????
Third Leg: ????? to KMFV (Accomack County)

I am struggling here with figuring out where this meet up should be in NMiles...

Please help me and I will send out emails to those pilots in those areas...

Thank you so much everyone....

Atrulli,
That works for me. A great site to check locations and flight plan is www.skyvector.com,where you can enter airport identifiers and see how the trip lays out, for times and leg lengths.

I would suggest Hartford to Princeton or Trenton, NJ as a middle leg.

I just got a call from Don from Albany, NY -- he can do Newport, VT to Newburgh, NY to KSWF .. http://www.airnav.com/airport/KSWF

I do not want to say no to any offers, but please understand -- if I can get it done in two legs vs three legs, it would be great ...

So, I will take it in the order of offers to see who can do Newburgh, NY KSWF to Accomack County airport

So, Jim -N1089J Severn, MD (KFME) can you do KSWF to Accomack County vs. Salisbury, VA?

The adoptive Dad, Jim has invited media coverage to welcome Zoe Belle and good exposure to PNP and rescue to Accomack County.

If Jim declines, then Rick could you make it work?

I thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart.

I am going to need email addresses; cell phone numbers; etc. to put everyone on an email to times, airports, etc.

This is what it would look like -- if I did it right..

I have sent an email to Jim the first pilot who offered to do the second leg from New York to Salisbury, MD

I have heard back from Rick he would need a middle pilot.

If Jim can't do it, can we make it work where it is Newport, VT to Hartford, CT - Hartford, CT to New Jersey to Allomack?

Get back to me...

Ann -
