Hello,

I have been interested in getting involved with the PNP program for a while.

I am a private pilot and have my plane hangered at Dayton Cox international (DAY) in Dayton, Ohio. I would be willing to fly to Knoxville to pick up the collie and transport her back to Dayton. I am available Fri Sept 18, Sat Sept 19, or Sun Sept 20. I am VFR only. Best scenario would be to plan for Fri or Sat so that we would have time to delay in case weather is not VFR.

Let me know if this works. Would also be willing to fly second leg only, but will be returning to DAY anyway.

Patrick :D

Thank you all for your generous offers to help fly Miss Molly up to Ohio! I just confirmed that she'll hitch a ride with a flight refueling in Georgia and headed up to Ohio. So Miss Molly will be joining the PNP5000 numbers of lives saved!

This was my first attempt using the PNP forum for a shelter dog transport to rescue. You've all been so helpful and responsive, I'll certainly come back when there's another in need of covering some miles.

Thanks again!
Shannon

Shannon, just checking in to see if this flight is still looking to happen this coming Saturday, 9/19. I'll send you a private message too so we can confirm or I can look for a different mission.

Thanks!

Jeff

Sorry, thought I'd gotten this out, but probably wasn't very clear. Molly's hitching a ride with a direct flight along with some greyhounds to Cincinnati so the original plan of 3 legs to Dayton is no longer needed. I did hear of someone else looking for flights heading north from Atlanta area and asked them to make a new post, so there's probably another thread looking for pilots heading north.

Thanks again!!
