DONE URGENT Hinesville GA to Raleigh NC

I hate to state urgent but this poor Doberboy is URGENT! He is 4 months old and very emaciated, he needs medical help immediately! He was being sold in a parking lot and was picked up by a Doberman owner who wanted to get him to safety. Can someone please help us get Mr. Bones to safety in Raleigh as soon as possible?
