SPECIAL THANKS TO GEORGE ROONEY FOR TAKING THE TIME AND EFFORT TO PICK UP THE THREE DOGS PLUS A MIN PIN - GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU SAFE

Both dogs were pulled from a kill shelter in KY and are currently in Safe Haven Kennels in Richmond, KY 859-369-7915.
This kennel is about one hour from Lexington KY (40509)

We need transportation of one small Corgi mix and one basset mix - both are pregnant, but have had their rabies shots.
They are said to be very sweet and affectionate.
We have foster homes waiting for them.

Both dogs are being seen by a vet on Friday, October 16, 2009 to determine stage of pregnancy and number of pups. They will obtain health certificates for interstate travel at that time.

Can meet pilot in Trenton-Mercer Airport TTN, Queen City (Allentown 18109) Airport KJVU, and others in the general vicinity of the NJ/PA border.

Paul P. and John Lee have offered to help mid-week. Can someone in the Lexington, Kentucky area help out? I've tried e-mailing pilots offlist.

Suzanne,
I may be planning a trip to Lexington weekend of 10/24. If the weather is good and I can make the trip, I could fly the two dogs to Trenton, NJ on Sunday, 10/25. If you are interested , let me know.
George

Mama basset (mix?) gave birth to 7 fat, healthy pups on Friday. We may delay her journey, but still need transport for the mix who is NOT pregnant (x-rays revealed no pups) and a small basset female..
