Please help! Emmy, a lovely medium size (35-40 at most) border collie, must be moved ASAP, absolutely before Monday, November 23. My name is Jill Claybour, and I coordinate transports for ComeByeBCRescue aka APA of Southern Illinois, a 501(c)(3) dedicated primarily to rescuing and finding homes for border collies.
