Nonprofit Sporting Dog Rescue group in Toledo Ohio able to take / save.
Dog actually in rural Cannelton, Indiana.
ground assit to closest airport in Hardinsburg, KY and pickup from Findlay, Ohio possible.

Anyone able to assist with air transport within the region > Cannelton, Indiana to Toledo, Ohio ?
The sooner the better......ie within 10 days.....

My home base is Elizabethtown, Ky, KEKX. I cannot go the whole distance but I can get him as far as Dayton, I19, on Friday if the wetaher holds. Could you get him to me on Friday?

I can ask and search -- but Friday doesn't give us much time to find ground transport from Dayton, Ohio to Sylvania, Ohio (Toledo, Ohio) where the Pointer needs eventually to end up. Of course if there's another pilot who can pick up in Dayton, Ohio and transport closer northward = Findlay or Bowling Green, Ohio .... Friday could work.
Driving from Dayton to Sylvania, Ohio (googled) is approx 3 hours if no delays. probably could do it in 2 1/2.
Need to search for transport volunteers......

I looked it up there is a pilot at I19 with the name of MATTERRI that the profile says will also foster. You might try him/her and see what happens. There are several pilots in that area who might finish up the flight
